• Outline skills needed to improve the flow of conversation

• List skills needed to improve the structure of a CASC consultation

• Develop framework for clusters in assessment, history taking and explanation scenarios

• Identify ways to apply the skills discussed through watching the demonstration and application of the skills in 7 minute scenarios

• Outline skills needed to manage challenging situations in CASC effectively through observing the application of advanced skills 

• Use Oxfordpsych CASC Cluster cards effectively and develop your own clusters for CASC stations

• Compare and contrast the consultations observed and feedback given with your own style and approach

• Develop clusters and have an evidence based plan to approach any CASC scenario
