(hereafter “us”/ “we”/ “our(s)”), in order to provide a media platform for all audio, video, and audio-video, including the broadcast and streaming of courses, mock exams, mock exam experience conducted by Oxfordpsych course Ltd.

While using the Website, either by browsing, visiting or accessing any of the Website tabs, by registering on the Website or submitting any material, sending us emails or using any of the Website materials and services (including our subscription based service Oxfordpsych videos or any of the Oxfordpsych CASC course packages), you agree to the terms and conditions provided herein (“Terms and Conditions”).

You agree that in no event shall the Association or it’s related parties, employees, assistants be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our websites, goods and services sold unless and to the extent prohibited by law.

Cancellation policy:

When courses are booked through the Oxfordpsych website, we have the following policy in regards to cancellation and refunds.

Cancellation anytime upto six weeks before the course start date: partial refund, minus access fee for the online videos and materials, 10% of the fee for Paypal and administrative fee.

Cancellation before 6 weeks of the course start date - 50% of course fee refunded.

Cancellation later than 6 weeks before the course date - no refund possible.

Online video access bought as a separate item for 3 months or 6 months - no refund is possible.  

If a course had to be cancelled by Oxfordpsych due to unforeseen circumstances, we would endeavour to allow as much notice as possible and would provide appropriate refund to participants who made a booking. We cannot guarantee that any course will run as advertised, and reserve the right to make a cancellation, though it is our policy not to cancel apart from in unforeseen circumstances. We cannot be held liable for any expenses made in planning to attend an Oxfordpsych course that is subsequently cancelled. 

Please note that once access is given to the online course materials and online videos after your booking is made, minimum £200 will be applied in the event of you cancelling your attendance at any point after the booking.

No refund will be given if you are unable to attend an Oxfordpsych CASC Course or a Mock CASC Exam - a no show. If you ae unable to attend or participate in any part of an Oxfordpsych online course or online mock CASC exam due to circumstances beyond our control such as Internet failure or technical difficulties, Oxfordpsych are not liable to provide an alternative course or a refund. 

Oxfordpsych reserves the right to cancel the courses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

For overseas courses, Oxfordpsych reserves the right to decide on what amount is refunded based on when you cancel your attendance at the course.  

Indemnity:

When participating in any Oxfordpsych training or course, each individual takes responsibility for their own subsquent use of the material taught and any personal feedback given. Oxfordpsych cannot be held responsible for the impact of such teaching or feedback should it be perceived to have a negative effect on subsquent clinical or examination performance. Oxfordpsych reserves the right to review and change the above terms and conditions.
